I joined the Prologic team in 2019 as I am a passionate carp angler, social media user and I enjoy tinkering with my camera making videos and taking photographs it was a perfect fit. I have always used Prologic products through the years and was excited to join such a strong brand.

My favourite methods of carp fishing are stalking fish in the margins or off the surface. There is nothing more exciting than watching a fish come in and take your bait in front of your very eyes. I also spend a lot of time developing my rigs to ensure that every bite coverts to a fish on the bank.

I started my fishing journey from as soon as I could walk my dad had me out, whether it be catching roach and rudd on the float or tench on the feeder I have spent my childhood through into adult life developing my watercraft. Carp fishing in Northern Ireland is relatively quite new and fast growing, I have transferred my previous angling skills over to targeting big carp over the last 10 years. Whether it be small ponds, big pits or European trips there is nothing more exciting than wetting a line on a new venue for the first time!

For me carp fishing is a way to completely relax from a demanding job and a busy family life, it is a time to get back to nature and completely zone out the hustle and bustle of the ‘9-5’ lifestyle.
